We may be “camping“ but whether we are in a tent, or this lovely camper, (or at home) most nights we dine in style. We enjoyed trying a lot of different foods that are difficult to get at home. Ostrich, goat, buffalo, farmed venison (back at home, our friend, Mike gives us wonderful wild venison that he hunts) and crocodile. Add a great glass of wine (or more), candles and voila! Fine dining
